Sunday Teams
PRODUCTION TEAM
Help create an atmosphere where people can experience the presence of God. Operate cameras, lights, screens, and sound to support the Gospel being presented on stage. No experience required.
Be a part of shaping the next generation by engaging kids with the Gospel to help them build their faith. Work directly with children through Bible stories, songs and group activities or work behind the scenes to provide the best experience possible for kids and parents.
Be the first to welcome guests as soon as they arrive, answer any questions people might have, help find the best seats available, and pray with those who just made the most important decision of their lives: accepting Christ.
Have woodworking, plumbing, electrical, gardening, landscaping, or lighting skills? Use them to help create a safe and welcoming inviting environment at Northminster.
Valley Interfaith's mission is to partner with our community to provide necessary resources and build self-sustainability. By doing so, we strive to reduce the risk of hunger, crisis, and harm/victimization many of our most vulnerable community members face.
Available Positions
Pantry Drivers
Weekly positions (Mondays, Thursdays, or Fridays) or as-needed sub position available. Must be able to lift numerous (up to 50 pound) boxes in a given day and able/willing to safely drive delivery van. Drivers never drive alone and will be added to our Valley insurance to drive our vans.
Resource Officer
Individual wanting to take on a project of updating resources and compiling current information for easy access for clients.
Remote (or In-Person) Office Position
Some data entry, keeping email distribution lists up-to-date, mailing donation receipt letters, calling donors, sending hand-written thank-you notes, helping maintain food delivery database. This position can be broken out if individuals would like to take on some but not all of these tas
Community Food Box Stockers –
a very quick and easy job, periodically restocking the food stands in various locations approx. 2x/wk. Preference for a resident who passes the food boxes already, in order to notice when they need restocked.
Pantry Stockers –
must be able to bend and lift, timing is flexible, position may be temporary
Handy person
to complete miscellaneous odd jobs, assist with warehouse clean-up & other building maintenance, position will be temporary
